Went in to get steering column repaired under warranty and they also fixed a couple other items in my vehicle without me even asking! Car was also washed and vacuumed free of charge. When we bring our two Hyundai's, a Sonata and an Elantra, in for service, Cliff always manages to let us set up appointments so that we can get oil changes and work done on both cars on the same day Elantra, in for service, Cliff always manages to let us set up appointments so that we can get oil changes and work done on both cars on the same day. We even manage to have lunch in between! When my husband got a new phone, Cliff took extra time to get the phone synced with the Navigation system...something we had not be able to do on our own. This is the kind of service we are so pleased with when we come to him at our local Hyundai dealership. We know others give good service but we feel as though Cliff is more than a service man. I bought a used car from a sales person who is no longer with company. My check engine light came on and since I know nothing about cars I was very worried. I talked to the used car manager and he first sai with company. My check engine light came on and since I know nothing about cars I was very worried. I talked to the used car manager and he first said that I had to trade the car in. He seemed frustrated and unhelpful. After pushing the issue a little he said he would have the GM call me the next day. I never got a call back from the used car manager or the GM. I called Chris the service manager the day after and he bent over backwards to help. He helped me with a rental car, and even though the repairs took longer than expected he was great. He called every few days to apologize and keep me posted on the repair work. If I ever have a friend of family member that has repair work needed I will definitely have them call Chris. I have his number saved in my phone under "My car guy". More

I have been going to Crown for 9 yrs. They have always done excellent work, in fact they go above and beyond. Cliff has always been friendly and always makes sure that your questions are answered and tha done excellent work, in fact they go above and beyond.
