Since purchasing my Hyunda The great customer service received at the Service Department at Crown Hyundai should be the standard for all dealerships. Since purchasing my Hyundai Elantra in 2009 Cliff Stoufer has worked with me to make sure my service has been an excellent experience. Recently my rear passenger window was not working and was stuck in the down position. Cliff made arrangements for me to bring my car in when the service department was totally booked. He also made a called to me early on to let me know this problem was covered by my warranty so I didn't worry all day about the expense. I would recommend to everyone that if you are looking to purchase a car you should look at the Crown Dealerships. You can rest assure that not only will your purchasing experience be done professionally but you have a great staff in the service department to take care of you as long as you own your car.
