The parts department would not provide me with the key code and vehicle pin number to my car. I own the car and have a right to this information. He took me step by step and was able to, with his tenacity, get my Santa Fe in assisting me thru understanding the situation, calmly...as I was not! Ryan Murray made getting service for the car extremely easy. We had issues with the A/C and the door handles no longer unlocking using the buttons. Not only did he get both issues taken care of, he also easy. We had issues with the A/C and the door handles no longer unlocking using the buttons. Took my 2019 Tucson in for 30,000 mile service. As usual dealer recommends over $600 worth of extras, do I actually need them, who knows. I just drive it. It's been a great car and I want to keep it that way so OK. I was told to let them check alignment and if it came back green there would be no charge (Whatever that means). Well 3 hrs. later car was ready and all went well, paid bill and as I was turning to leave the cashier asked if I got an alignment and handed me a printout of the alignment and guess what...it was all green. When I asked I was told that was the final result that they just forgot to give before printout but were very good and would not have charged if were all green. Can't help feeling a little taken advantage of but it is what it is. Otherwise Ryan was very courteous and professional. More
