Service performance We were driving from Ontario to St Petersburg when the Check Engine light on our Santa Fe came on on a weekend. We called Crown on the Monday and were transferred to Tomm Burkhart. He was most understanding and took us in the next day. The problem was located and remedied on an interim basis until we could get back to our dealer at home. . Throughout the entire thee hours that we are at Crown Tomm kept us informed and up to date on the repairs on the car. As well he provided us with reassurance that if the light came on again we should be assured that we could make it home without trouble. We were most grateful to Tomm for making a difficult situation much more palatable. More

Great customer service This was my first trip in for service on my 2014 Hyundai. I called and set up the time and of course asked them how long it would take. So when I arrived and spoke to Tomm he also said 1 1/2 hours. He explained everything they needed to do then told me there was coffee and water and to relax he would let me know when they were done. 1 1/2 later they were done my car was clean and I went home. However the best part for me was Tomm never tried to sell me something I didn't need just because I was a woman.On time and great service I'm sold!!! More
Redemption I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an hour. I recall one time I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation that took nearly two hours. Aside from the unusually long wait times, I've never had a problem with Crown Hyundai, but the exceedingly long wait times really bothered me. Today I brought my car in for a TSB repair. I knew that my car was 7,000 miles out of warranty, and I am not the original owner. A few weeks ago, I was informed that the repair would cost $250. I decided to wait (since there was no safety issue involved), but the noise created by a deteriorated rubber coupling continued to get worse. I decided today that I needed to get it fixed. I set an appointment and was helped by Jarett Ziemak. He informed me that the repair takes about two hours, and that there were two other recalls on my car that would likely take another two hours. I brought work to do while I waited, so I sat down for a four hour wait. After two hours, Jarett says that my car is done. Not only that, but he spoke with the Manager who agreed to make a good faith repair on my car. Being a repeat customer, Crown Hyundai decided to take care of me in a big way. I couldn't be more appreciative of what Jarett and Crown did for me. More

Crown Hyundai serves their customers well! This being the 3rd time I have purchased a car from a Crown dealer, I was extremely happy with my recent purchase at Crown Hyundai. Most notable were the salesperson, Amy, who worked tirelessly to get me a fantastic deal, the lady in the finance office (Jessica or Jennifer) who got an excellent finance rate for me with GMAC, despite hurdles we had to jump, and, after having had my first oil change this last week, I am equally as happy with Jarett and the service department. I will always have my service done at Crown and will be back for future purchases. Kudos to Hyundai Motors as well. This is my first Hyundai (Santa Fe) and my family and I are extremely happy with the quality, features and warranty. More

Thanks Tomm Burkart I had to take in my car in for service. I had trouble starting the car, did not know whether I needed a new battery or whatever else it could be. I did not have an appointment, however, when I saw Tomm Burkart's friendly smile I knew I was in good hands. He took all the information and then offered me coffee and or water and assured me that my car would be fixed. What a nice young man. Shortly afterwards he told me that it was indeed the battery and in a timely manner my car was fixed and ready for me to keep my appointments for the day. I even got a free car wash! The next time I have trouble with my car I will only go to Tomm Burkart as my service advisor. I found him to be quite knowledgeable, polite, courteous and quite efficient. Above and beyond what I expected My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9 My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9:40am on Saturday. I got their early and was expecting to wait, I figured I would look around until my service time. Instead, Tomm Burkart my Service Adviser reviewed my issue and my car was off to be fixed. Tomm told me it might take a while since getting to the speaker is quite a job. About 2 1/2 hrs later, Tomm found me gave me my keys and said speaker was fixed (Cone had detached from speaker and needed to be glued back on) Tomm apologized several times for the long wait time (No long in my opinion) . After I got home and read the details of the repair I noticed that it said that all the speakers were repaired. I called Tomm and he said that they applied a glue fix to all the speakers front and back to be sure that the other speakers would not have the same problem in the future. They could have just fixed the one, but they went the extra mile to insure that all the speakers would not have the same issue. Have to say that Crown is a class act. Highly recommend More
