Jennifer Irvin was an amazing sales associate. So helpful. Van in financial, however, did not meet expectations. Financial took approximately 3.5 hours (yes hours) on a deal that was already done So helpful. Van in financial, however, did not meet expectations. Financial took approximately 3.5 hours (yes hours) on a deal that was already done (I.e. no negotiations and credit of over 800). I had to redo paperwork 3 times because the “computer” kept messing it up (including after I got home). Being at the dealership for over 4 hours with a two year old when the numbers were pre-agreed upon is beyond less than ideal. Again, Jennifer was great and her side was quick, efficient and informative. More
