Dear Crown and others named below, My mechanic (who I actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Sha actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Shannon Behnken are VERY interested in your treatment of certain individuals. The way I have been treated by your organization is abhorrent and I don't trust you as far as I could throw you. It's all been documented that I was profiled "is that a Kate Spade purse?" And "oh you have a pool?" Made ME pay for an Uber to get home because I was told "we don't have loaner cars" while my car was left there to be fixed. Even Biggerstaff /management said well we paid for the Uber and I said no not at all I DID. He was obviously embarrassed. You claimed that my car was fixed (after not telling me for over a month it had been sitting on the lot for over 4 weeks (even after I called to check on it weekly) meanwhile I was paying for Uber vehicles to get me to my numerous doctors appointments for my Multiple Sclerosis) and one mile down the road it dies on me. You put my life at risk and now want to charge me $300 for spark plugs? Shame on you. Plus to add insult to injury you put me in a loaner car for 9 days while the new engine was ordered. Lie after lie after lie. You actually think I would pay you $300 for spark plugs?? You picked the wrong person to try and schmooze. This will be documented with the right people who will proceed as they see fit. You put me in a faulty car previously, how do I know this won't happen again? I have no way of knowing. After you have driven the car with your children in the back seat for a week I'll consider picking it up. Going forward I do hope that others will NEVER be treated the way you chose to treat me. I have had the pleasure of working with Glen Gasbarro at Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming up soon and she said she had a few vehicles that I may be interested in. I must admit the information she sent to me seemed too good to be true. I honestly thought once I arrived, I would be told that those vehicles were no longer available, and I would not get that same deal that was sent in the email. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Glen. Jennifer was busy with another customer, so Glen was the one that showed me the vehicles. As soon as I saw the 2023 Santa Fe, I knew that was the vehicle for me. Once we went inside to the desk to start looking at numbers I was waiting for the "bait and switch" to happen with the numbers that I originally received in the email. To my surprise that did not happen! I was able to get the same deal that I was promised in the email. There was no haggling and no pressure at all! Once again, I had a great experience in leasing my 3rd vehicle from Crown Hyundai and working with Glen on the past 2 vehicle leases was such a pleasure! I just hope Glen is there in 3 more years when it's time for my new lease! More

He is bringing in wonderful people and creating the culture that I bought into when purchasing my car initally. As a customer I feel valued and heard.
