He is bringing in wonderful people and creating the culture that I bought into when purchasing my car initally. As a customer I feel valued and heard. Service and parts at this dealership is the worst in my history of driving. My new car has the radio go out about a year into it, now it's 2 years later and still waiting on back order for a new one. history of driving. My AC went out recently and we took it there to be fixed, and they did, but that fix only lasted 1 day, now my car is back to have it fixed again, and it has been over a full week. They said they fixed the AC, but during the repair they broke a few plastic clips, and they are waiting for that part to ship in. Last update was the wrong part was ordered and waiting again for the clips to ship in. No one but the receptionist answers a phone. Service and general manager have been left messages to have a call back, but NEVER do. Not even the general manager calls back. If I could call someone higher up than the GM I would. Worst car experience ever. More
This is the second time I have worked with this service center in the last two months. The first time I could not get a call back no matter how often I tried. I waited months for a replacement part. I had to drive to the service center each time I wanted to make contact. Finally, just before my vacation was to start, I was desperate and they got the part. I left for vacation. This time, about 6 weeks later, I am just back from vacation and my 2015 Genesis was falling apart throughout the trip: AEB system down, gas tank cover won't close, USB port not charging, Auto Hold not working, exterior mirror not opening/collapsing. Once again I am trying to call Angelique, the only rep who handles Genesis. Again, no call back. No call back. I need to go to another dealer's service center. Lesson: Do not buy Hyundai in the future. More

We recently tried to get repair work done on the dent warranty and got the total run around. After leaving messages for 2 days my husband (who was in the business himself for over 25+ years) he finally went up there and was given the name and phone number of the company. Today we called the owner of the company who explained that he was very sorry but the dealership has to call, make a claim, at which point they make an appt to have the work done. This service department is ridiculous, from simple oil changes to tire rotations, they are unable to perform the simplest of work. Don't sell something you haven't trained your staff how to do a simple claim on, now we have to wait 3 months to have the a/C fixed on our veloster N. Ridiculous More
I want to purchase a part because their service department was way behind. I needed a drivers door Acculater. They quoted me a price for $411. I bought the same part on eBay for $45.
