The dealership went way out of their way to acquire and transport the car to St Petersburg, FL for me. After a short wait (for transit time), the car meeting my exact specifications was delivered to me. My experience with everyone at Crown Hyundai was very professional and extremely cordial. I had checked the internet compairing different cars and their models before I arrived so I had some basic knowledge. I came back to Andrew and showed him some information I received from Roger Fuller, and a e-mail I received from Sales Rep in Port Richey. Roger and Andrew agreed I could get the Internet Price. Since we wanted a Black SE Sonata we agreed to wait until one came in. When we arrived to pick up our car, Andrew was on vacation, and at this time Roger introduced us to Sheri Travis,we found out that we were the first customer she was handling at Crown. What a delightful girl, who walked us thru all the paper work, and there was lots of that. I'm sure she will be another success story for Crown Hyundai. Then we went to the financial guy Mark Iseral..Mark was also extremely knowledgeable in explaining the different packages that were available to us. One was to treat the car with the Simoniz coating. Mark made the arrangement to have it done while we continued to sign more papers. With all the friendly, knowledgable people walking us through the process, it was a delight to do business with Crown Hyundai dealership. Our experience was we were dealing with people who really knew there product. We were so happy that, indeed we would highly recommend Crown Hyundai, and the staff who helped us. We now are the proud owners of a beautiful Black 2011 Hyundai, which we'll enjoy driving, already we've received many compliments and people ask "What car is that!" More
