On Feb.11th 2012 we purchased an Elantra with the help of salsemen Amgad "JB" Khalil.We originally were going to get a car from another dealer,but we started looking elsewhere.I stopped at Crown KIA,but the salsemen Amgad "JB" Khalil.We originally were going to get a car from another dealer,but we started looking elsewhere.I stopped at Crown KIA,but the advertisement in the paper was very misleading.I dont like Dealer "Add ons" to the sticker price of ANY car(pinstripes,paint protectant, stick on moldings,etc).I then went across the street to Crown Hyundai.As I was looking around the lot Mr Khalil greeted me.I asked about the lack of inventory with the Hyundai's."JB" asked what I was looking for,I told him a red Elantra.He said there was one on the lot that had arrived the day before.I explained that we were probably going to purchase a car from another dealership that afternoon,but I had reservations about removing some moldings that were installed on that car.He showed me the car and it had the options that we wanted.After contacting my wife,she wanted to see the car.I drove home to meet her.We returned and made the purchase.Between the correct car and the EXCELLENT SERVICE "JB" Khalil gave us,we are very happy. I recently purchased a 2012 Elantra at Crown Hyundai and I have to confess that I originally intended to buy a Hyundai at another dealership based on a friend's recommendation. I only stopped at Crown to take a closer look at the different models so I would be more prepared when I traveled to the dealer located in another city. When I arrived, I met Gary Scott and he immediately made me feel very comfortable and "safe." He allowed me to describe which features were most important to me and which ones I could live without. He actually just offered information and made comparisons for me but did not push me - it was the first time I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of by a car dealership. Gary was very patient throughout the entire transaction and - from the test drive up to the point when he handed me the keys - he seemed more like an advocate for me than a sales person. When I drove my new car home I had no regrets and did not second-guess myself. I got a great deal on a wonderful new car and I was MORE than satisfied with the entire experience. More

Love at first sight. Dave was extremely helpful in pointing out all the inner workings of the Hybrid and we immediately traded in our Prius. The follow up has been nothing short of sensational, Dave seems truly enthusiastic about staying in touch with us and offering any assistance we might want. Any questions we have had were answered right away and correctly, I might add. Altogether a very pleasant experience!!! I highly recommend the dealership and in particular Dave Larson in Sales. More
