I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clifford on 7/27/10. Iwanted an appointment on 7/28/10 the only day that I don't work. Even though it was extremely busy Clifford arranged for this to happen I live in South tampa He arranged for a rental so I could drop the car off on the evening of the 27th. and pick it up at 2:30 on the 28th Knowing I had an appointment at 4:30. I found him to be very kind and considerate of my needs. He also made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. There was a white scuff on the rear panel, he immediately stopped what he was doing, corrected the problem and checked the whole car. and I was on my way.
