This is the first car we have bought in 14 years because we drive them till they die. After researching the web and test driving various brands we settled on the Sonata. I had quotes from 3 different deale we drive them till they die. After researching the web and test driving various brands we settled on the Sonata. I had quotes from 3 different dealerships and asked for out the door price of which only Steve Snow of Crown responed with a request we made of a break down of all costs involved with the out the door price that was hundreds of dollars less than the other dealerships. Although we had to drive several hours to get there it was well worth the savings. They located the car with the options we wanted with in a day. When we picked the car up Steve went over the paper work, took us for a test drive and explained the operation and all the features on the car. We spent a total of one and a half hours at the dealership and we were on our way home. This was the most pleasent, efficient and hassel free car purchase I have ever experienced. I would Highly recomend Crown and our sales person Steve Snow to any one. More

I bought my Santa Fe at Crown back in 2002 and have been taking it there for servicing ever since. I now live in South Tampa and still drive to St. Petersburg because of the wonderful service. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clifford on 7/27/10. Iwanted an appointment on 7/28/10 the only day that I don't work. Even though it was extremely busy Clifford arranged for this to happen I live in South tampa He arranged for a rental so I could drop the car off on the evening of the 27th. and pick it up at 2:30 on the 28th Knowing I had an appointment at 4:30. I found him to be very kind and considerate of my needs. He also made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. There was a white scuff on the rear panel, he immediately stopped what he was doing, corrected the problem and checked the whole car. and I was on my way. I was at a couple other dealerships in the area on July 3rd 2010 and i actually felt very comfortable with Michael as a salesman. I have worked in a dealership in the past for 20 years and don't like the h 3rd 2010 and i actually felt very comfortable with Michael as a salesman. I was up front told hiom give me your bottom dollar and give me a decent price on my trade -in and we would be in business.
