Carlisle Reynolds and Carl Mitchell made me feel very comfortable while they expedited the paperwork. Marc Israel patiently explained the terms of the contact and offered extra options I am pleased I purchased. Carlisle carefully explained the features of my new car and introduced me to Bill Falduti my new service advisor. He seems to know his inventory, is mentally quick, and was able to package the deal quickly. He is fast on his feet and that is appreciated by people like our selves who do not enjoy buying cars. We drove about forty miles to Crown after being insulted by the Jenkins dealership in Bradenton, Fl. I was truly amazed when I was told “not to waste my time coming back “after not accepting the special deal offered Jeff Bahr. We were told that he was from Hyundai corporate. If that isn’t true then that is another truly amazing aspect of Jenkins sales strategy. More

I sam well aware that my credit is not so great. But I was looking for a reliable car and saw online and in a magazine that this place will help anyone GUARENTEED! It was not supposed to matter if your credit was good or bad. This place says that they will work with your issues. I call and get Vinny at first. He's pretty much indifferent. I put in my credit application and phone Roger Fuller. I tell him my situation. He's says he can help and will give me a call back. I never hear from him. I get a call from Vinny and I basically have to repeat myself over. He tells me he will call me back, but I am the one who had to call him back over and over. Then he wants me to find a co signer. I find one and it's still not good enough. He finally calls me and says there's nothing that he can do. What happened to GUARENTEED credit approval? I guess that went out the window. Everyone keep in mind of that saying... Buyer's Beware. I am officially suspect now of all of these glowing reviews because my experience was not like that at all. I could understand not being able to help me. I can take "no" for an answer, but I don't like the GUARENTEED part or one the phone being told we CAN help you. That is false advertisement. I don't feel that there was any effort on Roger or Vinny's part. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
