I met Miki when I was looking to buy a used Hyundai Santa FE. I had been working with Lokey Kia beforehandm but their lack of customer service and knowledge forced me to explore my options. Once in the dealership and after a bit of negotiation, Miki was able to work with her manager to get me the price I needed on a brand new Santa FE for the price I was going to buy a used vehicle for. She was very patient and thorough throughout the entire experience regardless how many questions I had. Miki also took time to set up my Bluetooth and introduce me to the service department. As an added bonus the dealership will take care of the first oil change!!! The whole process, including financing, was a no hassle experience. The entire Crown Hyundai team works well together, and most of all they do not pressure their customers.
