I had called about a white Hyundai Elantra 2013 in the morning. The dealer had this vehicle in stock. I came in at 4:30 and was finished by 6:40 with an unbelievable deal. We were from out of town and the starter failed. We were towed by AAA to the dealer's on a Sunday. I called on the Monday, and while it is the service department's busiest day of the week, Mr. Burkar accommodated us and we are on the road for our two hour drive in a little over an hour. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very pleasant person and led to the waiting room. He already knew our vehicle was in the shop. I noticed that staff were washing glass, and assuring there was a supply of coffee for customers. We were pleasantly surprised that the car was washed and vacuumed as well as providing the work on the starter system. We were so impressed that we may well drive the distance to this dealer to purchase our next Hyundai. More

Let me start off by saying that I'm a return client to the Crown family. I had a great experience in 2011 at Crown Acura in Clearwater and after a lot of careful consideration I ultimately found myself to the Crown family. I went to the dealership knowing which vehicle I wanted from doing research online. I made an appointment with Rasha for Wednesday (02/27/13) at 6:30 p.m. because I was coming from Hillsborough Ave/Tampa thru rush hour traffic. I test drove the car and Carl made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I decided to buy. I was already approved thru Capital One and had a blank check but Carl went above and beyond to make sure that my interest rate was at it's ultimate lowest and was able to cut that rate in half. I was absolutely astounded. Unfortunatley, I had to leave the dealership that night as it was 9:45 p.m. and I was still waiting to see Fernando in finance. I waited as long as I could but decided to come back the next day so that everything could be prepared and ready for when I got there. When I returned on 02/28/13 to finalize the paperwork and pick up my vehicle, I was delighted that Carl had remembered me by name and had arranged for me to close the deal with Eric Lane instead of Fernando (because of the long delay from the evening before). I don't see Eric Lane's name on the review page and he deserves to get a "great" rating as well. Mr. Lane was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough without the "BS", which was very much appreciated. Without the assistance of Carl Mitchell and his introduction to Eric Lane it's very possible I would have taken my business elsewhere. Also, I don't see Rasha Alqaisi's name either and she warrants a "job well done". It's evident that she's new to the trade but she is very personable and sincere which goes a long way in the sales industry. In closing, I would recommend Crown Hyundai, with an emphasis on Carl Mitchell and Eric Lane, to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. More
