Mr Gary Scott was very patient and courteous with me especially when I couldn't decide which car I really wanted. I test drove three Sonata's and I purchased the first one I drove it was the one. I dont know why I drove the other two I guess just to make sure she was the one and so far Ms. Nata is definitely the one. I love everything about my 2013 Sonata SE. I even loved how a few days after purchasing the car Mr. Scott just wanted to check in on me to make sure everthing was going okay with the car. That really impressed me it showed me that he really stands behind the product he sells and that he cares about the people he sells them to. I will recommend Mr Scott and Crown Hyundai to all my friends & family. More

JB is exactly the type of salesman that I prefer dealing with. He simply stated the facts, was genuinely personable, knowledgeable, did not pressure me at any point, and simply cared about working with me with. I live in Naples, FL and have a friend in the St. Pete area. The Naples Hyundai dealership did not have the car I wanted and also would not negotiate the price plus wanted to charge me more to get my Vel area. The Naples Hyundai dealership did not have the car I wanted and also would not negotiate the price plus wanted to charge me more to get my Veloster from another dealership. My friend found the exact car I wanted and with the assistance of Bob Cox I was able to go through my Credit Union and get the car that I fell in love with. I would highly recommend Bob and all the staff at Crown Hyundai. I am very happy and satisfied completely with my new car purchase. Also, Bob went above and beyond with long distant calls and emails to assist me in my purchase. Great job! More
