I first spoke to Imad on the phone one Saturday when I was surfing the Net looking for a new vehicle. Imad was very helpful describing in detail the differences between the Sonata models and how they compare to the Elantra and Buick models(the other cars I was considering). He was professional, courteous and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I knew after speaking with him, a Hyundai Sonata would be my choice. Although my husband and I were not quite ready to purchase a vehicle, we decided to come in a week later to test drive the Sonata. Both Imad and Miki were knowledgeable of the cars. During our test drive Imad pointed out many of the features; when we got back Miki continued the demonstration in detail. Both Imad and Miki worked well together taking care of all of our needs. We ultimatley purchased the Sonata SE; earlier than anticipated. Over the years my husband and I have purchased many vehicles, but never through a more easy, professional, and low stress environment. Having lived in Pinellas County for over 40 years, we have never purchased a vehicle from Crown. However, because of the attention and integrity we feel was given to us by Imad and Miki, we will be sure to come back to Crown in the future. On a special note ... Purchasing was a long process considering numerous brands. Charles was aware of this and had no difficulties as did some other dealers.
