I drove over from Lakeland on a Saturday after seeing the perfect car on the website. I arrived at 6:15, and the dealership was scheduled to close at 7pm. He was always a step ahead of the process and able to optimize my time with all of the little details and paper signing that he could in between the financing. After I finished signing documents with finance, I came outside to find Charles detailing my purchased car, having just brought it back himself from the gas station. This was almost 2 hours after the normal closing time. I will definitely be back for my next Hyundai! More
