Dealt with Mark Miller over the phone. He was professional, candid, and respectful. We nearly drove 2 hours from east Orlando to purchase from Crown exclusively because of Mark's service. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a CPO Veloster elsewhere in a deal that was unmatchable because the product was unique. To reiterate, though, we nearly drove 2 hours to purchase this vehicle from Crown simply because we enjoyed working with Mark. Despite being able to achieve essentially the same deal on a new one in Orlando. I purchased a Sonata from Crown in 2012 and will consider dealing with you again in the future. Thank you. More

When I called you to advise that I had a huge scheduling conflict with my son’s baseball tournament and would not be able to drop off the rental until this morning, you re-assured me that it would be OK, Enterprise wouldn’t charge me and to enjoy my son’s baseball game, which I was able to do, because I was not worrying about the car situation. Too many times, great customer service goes unrecognized and in my position with my company, I feel that positive recognition needs to be shared more often than it is.
