I researched the 2013 Hyundai Genesis sedan and competing vehicles (Cadillac, Lexus, Infiniti, Mercedes) for several months before deciding that the Genesis offered the best features, value and warranty. I purchased the Genesis R-Spec at Crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg, Fl and had an A+++ experience from the dealer. I dealt with four Crown employees: Rey Akuffo, Sales Manager and Salespersons: Robert Hamm, Sanja Danicic and Mike Mabini. Each person was outstanding in their own way. I started my search with an internet price request from all dealers in a 100 mile radius of my home. Before this, I hadn't really considered Crown Hyundai as it's 80 minutes from my home and there were three other Hyundai dealers that were much closer (New Port Richey, Courtesy and Wesley Chapel.) Within five minutes of my request, I got a call from Crown Internet Salesman Mike Mabini. He found the model and color I wanted and assured me that they would beat any competing price (and they did). Other Hyundai dealers responded hours or days later or not at all. I arrived at the dealership the next day and Mike Mabini was with another customer and with unselfish teamwork and without hesitation, he put me together with Salesperson Sanja Danicic so that I wouldn't be kept waiting. Sanja was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and available incentives and rebates. I began the price negotiations with her and then dealt with the Sales Manager. Rey Akuffo, Sales Manager was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest, above board, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and worked hard to make the sale with very competitive pricing. He called other dealerships looking for the exact model but in the end, we upgraded to the top of the line R-Spec that was on the lot as it was in the colors we wanted. Mr. Akuffo did an outstanding job in making the deal work and coordinating the transaction. Even though the dealership was busy, my experience with him was relaxed and stress free. He is a pro. I was then put together with Senior Sales Consultant Robert Hamm to finalize the deal and the paperwork. Rob is friendly, detail oriented and patient. It was obvious that he wanted to make this experience flawless and stress free. He is genuinely a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. He has been in automotive sales for a number of years and his experience, confidence and professionalism shows. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, arranging for unwanted pin striping to be removed and even offering to drive 25 miles to my home after work to finalize my trade-in. I highly recommend Rob and would be confident in sending family and friends to him for a car. To summarize, you can't go wrong with a purchase at Crown Hyundai in St Petersburg, FL. They'll give you a fair deal and make your buying experience stress free and a pleasure. Very highly recommended: A+++. More

I went into the dealership looking for small model used cars. Before I even got there I realized that I wasn't going to be happy with the smallest model. Mark Miller was my sales representative and was very patient, as I clearly was still in the exploratory stage of my buying experience. He showed me used, new, and even discussed leasing as an option. We took a drive in the car I became interested in. I ended up making a new car decision and am very happy. I purchased a Sonata and find that it is a lot of fun to drive. We discussed all of the potential options available on the vehicle and I chose one that met my needs without getting those expensive options I didn't require. It is never easy, at least for me, to spend this much money so I appreciated calmness and patience as we went through the process. All in all, I am pleased. More

Last evening, I pulled a splash panel off & tore it in 2 places. I went to the dealership this am @ 730 w/o an apptmnt. Tomm looked at the car, made an appointment for 230 this afternoon for the repa in 2 places. I went to the dealership this am @ 730 w/o an apptmnt. Tomm looked at the car, made an appointment for 230 this afternoon for the repair to be completed...said it would take about an hour. I returned @ 230, the car was taken right in to service dept. Within 15 minutes, Tomm told me they couldn't save the existing one... would need to be replace for $94. Told him to go ahead with repair. Repair was completed within 20 minutes @ a cost to me of $67.35. I was in & out and on my way home in 75 minutes from start to finish. Thanks very much More
