We waited until the end of the year to buy and with Crown's incentives, we feel we did get a good deal. Conversely, we wasted about an hour, due to the Sales Mrg.'s misunderstanding of how we had previously set up a financing package with our Credit Union. He required that we re-apply thru the same CU. As it turned out, at the end of our transaction, what we wanted originally done, was what happened. When someone asks about a new car, we will definitely recommend Charles Johnson and Crown Hyundai.
