We went to this dealership to test drive a Sante Fe and after discussing our needs with Rob, he pointed out that the Sante Fe might not be our best option. He was patient,went over my options and I am so happy I purchased the vehicle I did. He takes the time to make sure you are familiarized with your new vehicle & how everything works. We went to the dealership to begin our search for a new vehicle. We never thought that we would buy that day but the friendly and professional help we were shown by Stephen Bednar and the work with Eric i vehicle. Sanja sold me our 1st Hyundai Sonata 2 yrs ago and I just traded it in for a 2013. Sanja is wonderful to work with she is very fair, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research on the 2013 Santa Fe and intended to solicit several dealers for their bottom-line price before visiting a showroom or taking a test drive. My very first email inquiry was to Crown Hyundai and Rob emailed me back in a very short time. He, of course, noted the coincidence of our same last name and included his cell phone number. I decided to call him that day and it could not have gone better. In a couple of hours my wife and I were seated in his office chatting about life, family and other generalities. We learned about his wife and son, his career and his hobbies. It turns out that we were not related. He is from Massachusetts and I am from Kentucky. When we got around to talking cars, I told him the exact model I wanted. The dealership had only one in stock, but the color was not my wife's favorite. Most salesmen may have tried to talk a customer into buying the more expensive model. Rob, in fact, advised against it given our lifestyle. After a test drive, we talked price. Rob added in all of our rebates and discounts and wrote down an out-the-door price on his business card. It was below the Edmonds.com recommendation and about what I expected to pay. I decided to end my new car search where it began. Rob made inquiries with other dealers and located a Santa Fe in the color we wanted. Two days later we were back in the dealership signing the papers. We then drove with Rob to the gas station for a fill-up while he explained in detail all of the included conveniences: navigation, Sirius radio, hands-free calling, etc. He even set up our iPhones for use with the blue-tooth connection.
