I began my purchase via internet search and was contacted by Glenn Long. Glenn noted that they didn't have the car desired in stock but immediately found one was in transit, due any day. He found "all the discounts" available and then ran the numbers to the bottom line to avoid any dickering for the most part. Any other questions were promptly and accurately answered. Over the next couple of days, any further questions and needs were quickly answered by e-mail and phone calls. As soon as the delivery to the dealership was known, he called me. We settled upon a pick-up date; which was important due to the fact we are 150 miles away and were coming to the area for the holidays and that allowed for convenience. Two options were not on the vehicle, which was discussed ahead of time and Glenn has insured the fact that they are on order and will be shipped ASAP for installation here where we live in Vero Beach, FL. Glenn has continued to follow up and has indicated he will until everything is satisfied; along with indicating that anytime there's questions, to call him. Steve Margolis was the sales person on duty the day of pick-up (Glenn was off that day and he informed Steve we'd be in and to handle it). Steve handled the purchase paper-work and also gave an introduction to many of the options, which are extensive! He was very efficient and pleasant; despite the many questions! He also handled the Diamond finish procedure upon my return two days later. Overall the dealership is very nice in every aspect to date. I look forward to a continued relationship as noted above for any other needs. NOTE: The only thing that was "missing" was the copy of the new registration; which the finance person, Eric Lane completed. I called the dealership and spoke to Glenn and Eric re such. It may have been left on one of the sales desks after purchasing and not found to date. Eric has "promised" to send another copy for my records in the car, while awaiting any permanent ones' from the State. I should hopefully receive it by next week. With the complexity of the "technical package" and some of the "insurance options", trying to absorb everything the day of purchase is "information overload"! Therefore remaining available to answer further questions is preferable and desired, along with appreciated. More
