Charles made me feel comfortable and confident that he was helping me find the car I was looking for and in my my price range. He never tried to steer me towards a more expensive car or any add on's. Gary Scott was excellent working with me to find my dream used Jaguar. I saw him on a Tuesday and test drove a S Jaguar but it was black inside which I did not care for so he called me 2 days later. I drove over from Lakeland on a Saturday after seeing the perfect car on the website. I arrived at 6:15, and the dealership was scheduled to close at 7pm. He was always a step ahead of the process and able to optimize my time with all of the little details and paper signing that he could in between the financing. After I finished signing documents with finance, I came outside to find Charles detailing my purchased car, having just brought it back himself from the gas station. She first showed me a preowned Genesis. I was impressed with the car but It was not the color I wanted. She then showed me the Genesis Rspec. I fell in love with the way this one looked. She let me test drive the Rspec. I fell in love with the way it handled. Karen answered all of my questions about the Rspec and explained about the incentives the dealership was offering. I felt completely comfortable. She let the quality of the car speak for itself. There was never any pressure for me to make a decision. The quality of my new Genesis Rspec and the great service I received from Karen Penland added up to make this the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. They didn't try to slam us in the car like typical dealerships do and we really found it to be a comfortable experience. We would highly recommend to anyone looking at a car to check out the Hyundai.
