I did feel rushed when dealing with the financing department. I had to come in again to resign my loan, and recently received a letter that the Fifth Third bank sold the loan to Santander. He should of took his time with me explaining the loan process better, especially when I had prior purchases of GAP and Tire protection which was not transferable. He blamed me for not telling him, which he should of had better knowledge of my previous loan with Capital One. More

After checking and building her car three dealers came up. To our surprise she got a telephone call from Robert Hamm from Crown Hyundai one of the three dealers, asking about her interest after talking to her he said he would check his inventory and he would call her back. In about 20 minutes Robert called her back telling her he found exactly the car with the options and color she wanted. Robert invited her for a test drive. We agreed to meet between 1pm and 2pm. When we arrived we received a friendly welcomed from the Staff and Robert, Glorymar drove the car and Robert answered all the questions she had and she loved the car. Next we went to his office to talk about finance after negotiation they took her car as trade in and they gave her an excellent deal. Robert treated us as family we will recommend him and Crown Hyundai to all our friends. More

This is the best by far service I've ever received for my Hyundai when I took it to get maintenance. Hyundai dealerships in Vegas try to get you to buy more service that you don't need. The attendants were the very best professionalism you could ask for in a dealership. The service adviser Jarett Ziemak was very helpful and polite.
