My husband and I have bought 4 cars from this dealership in the last 5 years. The reason we don't go anywhere else is because of Carl Mitchell. Carl is the most professional sales person I know. I initially spoke to Chris Aviso; Sales Mgr. over the phone to inquire about a used vehicle on their lot I spotted on the internet. Chris then put me in touch with salesmen Justin Hoffman who went to the phone to inquire about a used vehicle on their lot I spotted on the internet. Chris then put me in touch with salesmen Justin Hoffman who went to the vehicle in question to answer the questions I had about it. Chris even went so far as to say he could put me in that vehicle and stay within my budget and to my surprise, they did!! Justin knew I would be coming the next morning to look at the vehicle and that I was driving a distance, so he stashed it overnight so it would be there the next morning and I wouldn't have wasted a trip. (Thanks again Justin). Daniel the finance guy introduced himself even before we were to sit down and finalize all the paperwork and was very knowledgeable and to my amazement found an even better finance rate than the one I was securing on my own. The dealership is very clean and modern and everyone there, was friendly. I would recommend Crown Hyundai to anyone. More

Sonna Hays was exceptional as my sales consultant. She was very professional, accommadating and very pleasing. It was a pleasure buying a car with her help.
