Crown Hyundai, specifically Sonja Danicic and Rey Akuffo are the only reason I am a repeat Hyundai customer. Prior to meeting and working with Sonja and Rey, I always had very bad experiences with car sales consultants (at different dealerships other than Hyundai) and absolutely detested car shopping. As long as Sonja and Rey are my contacts at Crown Hyundai, I will continue to buy there. They "listen" to my needs and wants which like many people are higher than what we can afford but they always find a way to negotiate the best value utilizing incentives and creative financing to get me in a car I love and can easily afford. I first had contact with the dealership on line. I received an email right away with an appointment time with Imad Yazback. Because of my schedule, the purchase was a two day process totaling several hours. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated. Imad was courteous, professional and thorough and walked me through the various processes in detail. At no time was he condescending like other sales people I have encountered. He walked me through the various options when I was considering whether to choose the Sonata and showed me other models for comparison purposes. He answered my questions and did not pressure me to make a decision. When the purchase was complete, he sat with me in the car and reviewed every feature completely. Changing cars is invariably a difficult transition but when I left the dealership I felt confident of my ability to utilize the many features that come with the new Sonata. I would highly recommend Imad to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used car. I trusted him implicitly throughout the process and never felt that he was being less than totally honest. Danny Lai handled the financial side of the purchase. He, too, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There are countless papers to sign in this type of transaction but he thoroughly explained everything and did not try to pressure me into unnecessary purchases. He made recommendations based on my individual situation and I found all of his advice to be financially sound. I have not yet dealt with other departments at the dealership but if their performance is as stellar as Imad's and Danny's then I have found my "lifetime dealer". I am a navy wife and was looking to down size a from a SUV to a sedan or car. I walked into Crown Hyundai and immediately met Jessica. She had a huge smile on her face and seemed eager to help me. I had already been to 2 other dealerships and was not impressed with the experience I received. I had all of my research on what my trade in was worth and knew exactly what I wanted to pay. Jessica worked with me first test driving the Elantra and then the Sonata. After finding out Crown gave me what I wanted for my trade in and worked with me since my husband was over seas, and I didn't have a power of Attorney, I chose the Sonata. Jessica and the team at Crown gave me such a good deal and the service was amazing. Car shopping is a stressful experience when you are by yourself, speaking for 2, but Jessica made it one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. In fact my mom is considering trading in her current vehicle, and I told her, that her first stop has to be Crown and ask for Jessica. More
I wanted to buy a used car for my wife.I ran into Robert Hamm at the dealership and asked him if i could get a price on a car. Robert then walked me into his office and showed me a few cars online. I told him I needed to have the wife here because we were trading her car.We set up an appointment and I left . The next day my wife and I showed up and I introduced her to Robert they got along real good this made it easier for me to talk about buying a car.Robert showed us what we wanted not what he wanted for us. The car was a used 2013 Elantra a very nice car for what we needed.After the test drive we put some numbers together and the paperwork started.Robert felt he could do better so he worked on something behind the scenes.I would say it took 15 minutes or so and came back said for 1 Dollar a month more we could get a brand new car (2013 Elantra) well that was a no brainer. After some time passed I signed the papers and we now own a new car.Robert didn't stop there.He took off the tag from the old car cleaned it and fastened on the new car with a new frame. Robert then took us to the fuel station and fulled the car up when we arrived back to the dealership he went over everything on the car. He linked the Bluetooth and explained all the buttons and switches.This was helpful there is some new technology that we did not know about. We had a great experience buying our new car I will be back to purchase another.Buying a car can be a stressful time for anybody But Robert made it so easy for us. I would like to thank Crown Hyundai and all the personal for making it a fun experience and not a stressful one. More
I Came to Crown to check my options on a new car. I was not totally committed to buying at this time but my car had 79000 miles on it and would be needing work very soon. Jessica was very friendly thorough out the process. She gave me very good information about the best and worst scenario of the value of my trade in. She wanted me to take a test drive of the new Elantra but I declined. Actually I was on the fence about buying a new car so I thanked her for her understanding and departed. I don't happen to be an impulse buyer. I need time to think. I then received a call from Crown and decided to go back and contact Jessica. I then test drove the 2013 Elantra at Jessica insistence, liked it, like the deal that I was offered and subsequently drove away in my new car. I had forgotten to bring the extra ignition key and due to personal situations was unable to get the key to Jessica as quickly as I would have liked but was never hassled about it. Thanks Jessica!
