Above and beyond what I expected My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9 My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9:40am on Saturday. I got their early and was expecting to wait, I figured I would look around until my service time. Instead, Tomm Burkart my Service Adviser reviewed my issue and my car was off to be fixed. Tomm told me it might take a while since getting to the speaker is quite a job. About 2 1/2 hrs later, Tomm found me gave me my keys and said speaker was fixed (Cone had detached from speaker and needed to be glued back on) Tomm apologized several times for the long wait time (No long in my opinion) . After I got home and read the details of the repair I noticed that it said that all the speakers were repaired. I called Tomm and he said that they applied a glue fix to all the speakers front and back to be sure that the other speakers would not have the same problem in the future. They could have just fixed the one, but they went the extra mile to insure that all the speakers would not have the same issue. Have to say that Crown is a class act. Highly recommend More
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service I called to trade in my Corvette for a Genesis Coupe that I saw online and David Burgess told me to come look at the car on Sunday at 5:45. So he set me an appointment and told me it was fine. I was driving from Land O' Lakes to St. Pete (a 55 minute drive) just to see the Genesis. On Sunday, I left Land O' Lakes and as I was reaching St. Pete I noticed I was going to be 10 minutes late. I gave David a call and he told him I was going to be 10 minutes late and he tells me he's not going to be working because he got late tickets to a Bucs game. He told me to go see Mike Pena. I get to the dealer at 5:55 and go to walk in the door and I notice the door is closed. I see 2 associates (one of who was a manager) and told him I was there from Land O' Lakes just to see the Genesis. He told me they were closed and that he couldn't do anything for me. I then give David a call and tell him that I was standing at his dealer and it was closed and that I had driven a while and wasted almost half a tank of gas just to see the Genesis. In the middle of one of my sentences he just hung up with me and left me hanging never to give me a call back and apologize. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

First let me start off by saying every single employee of hyundai spoke to me, offered my water coffee. Mr. Burkart is an exceptional agent he told me other things that my vehicle would need in the future without me feeling like I needed the service done right away. I felt like with Mr. Burkart there was no pressure at all, but at the same time making me aware of future repairs. A lot of people feel bad vibes when it comes to dealerships, but hyundai is an a exception to the rule. They make you feel comfortable and i like that. Mr. Burkart by far is one of the best in the business, thanks a lot. More

Didn't work hard enough for the deal My husband and I went to Crown Hyundai on Sunday the 24th, and I met with Dannie Tran. Danny was very nice and showed us a number of vehicles, and w My husband and I went to Crown Hyundai on Sunday the 24th, and I met with Dannie Tran. Danny was very nice and showed us a number of vehicles, and we test drove them as well. Unfortunately, when we discussed financing, Danny had to speak with another gentleman in the office. This gentleman (I didn't catch his name) came back to us with a payment of $800.00, even after requiring a down payment. I explained to this gentleman that I would not pay $800.00 a month for any car, and that we didn't need a new car, rather we were looking around for something that may help us with our gas bill of $400.00 a month (for our expedition). Our expedition was in good shape; therefore, we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and had no problem waiting on a purchase. At that time, we parted ways. I received a call from another dealer first thing Monday morning and explained that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle, but if we found one, then that would be great. I told the sales person what I was looking for, 2014 Hyundai Sonata in either white, silver, or blue, it had to be a hybrid because that would be the only reason I would be buying a new car, and I needed the large navigation because of my visual impairment. The only other thing I requested was to have leather seats because of my 3 dogs and the dog hair I have to clean. The sales person called me back in 1 hour. She had a blue, Hybrid, Hyundai Sonata Limited with the technology package waiting for me. With no money down, a rate of 4.99, and a payment of $520.00 a month. Needless to say, both my husband and I took the rest of the day off of work, and 2 hours later we had a new car. It was evident at this dealership, that we were sub-par candidates for the car we wanted as the second gentleman told us that it is "too much car" and that "we could do without some of the luxuries that we wanted in the car". I explained to him that I am not going to settle for something I did not want. Not to mention that both those statements that he made to us were insulting. I do want you to know, that we paid full price for the car, and we were happy to do so. Sometimes price is not a priority when making a deal. The way you treat your customers is much more important. It is sad that we had a bad experience at Crown Hyundai, sad for both of us, as we lost the convenience of dealing with a dealership right up the road from our home, and this dealership lost a sale.
