I had been considering different cars for purchase, beginning with the Genesis Coupe and ending with the Genesis Sedan. Adam was incredibly professional as he helped guide me in understanding the models and options. When my wife and I decided on the Sedan, Adam helped to setup an accommodating appointment where we could test drive the 2015 model. When we arrived for our appointment, he had located a used 2015 Genesis Sedan (very recent trade-in). This car was exactly what we were looking for and really met our needs. Adam's assistance through the purchase was excellent was was much appreciated. I would be remiss, if I did not highlight what an outstanding asset Adam is to your organization. More
Great customer service This was my first trip in for service on my 2014 Hyundai. I called and set up the time and of course asked them how long it would take. So when I arrived and spoke to Tomm he also said 1 1/2 hours. He explained everything they needed to do then told me there was coffee and water and to relax he would let me know when they were done. 1 1/2 later they were done my car was clean and I went home. However the best part for me was Tomm never tried to sell me something I didn't need just because I was a woman.On time and great service I'm sold!!! More
Redemption I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an hour. I recall one time I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation that took nearly two hours. Aside from the unusually long wait times, I've never had a problem with Crown Hyundai, but the exceedingly long wait times really bothered me. Today I brought my car in for a TSB repair. I knew that my car was 7,000 miles out of warranty, and I am not the original owner. A few weeks ago, I was informed that the repair would cost $250. I decided to wait (since there was no safety issue involved), but the noise created by a deteriorated rubber coupling continued to get worse. I decided today that I needed to get it fixed. I set an appointment and was helped by Jarett Ziemak. He informed me that the repair takes about two hours, and that there were two other recalls on my car that would likely take another two hours. I brought work to do while I waited, so I sat down for a four hour wait. After two hours, Jarett says that my car is done. Not only that, but he spoke with the Manager who agreed to make a good faith repair on my car. Being a repeat customer, Crown Hyundai decided to take care of me in a big way. I couldn't be more appreciative of what Jarett and Crown did for me. More

Crown Hyundai serves their customers well! This being the 3rd time I have purchased a car from a Crown dealer, I was extremely happy with my recent purchase at Crown Hyundai. Most notable were the salesperson, Amy, who worked tirelessly to get me a fantastic deal, the lady in the finance office (Jessica or Jennifer) who got an excellent finance rate for me with GMAC, despite hurdles we had to jump, and, after having had my first oil change this last week, I am equally as happy with Jarett and the service department. I will always have my service done at Crown and will be back for future purchases. Kudos to Hyundai Motors as well. This is my first Hyundai (Santa Fe) and my family and I are extremely happy with the quality, features and warranty. More

I did not have an appointment, however, when I saw Tomm Burkart's friendly smile I knew I was in good hands. He took all the information and then offered me coffee and or water and assured me that my car would be fixed. What a nice young man. Shortly afterwards he told me that it was indeed the battery and in a timely manner my car was fixed and ready for me to keep my appointments for the day. I even got a free car wash! The next time I have trouble with my car I will only go to Tomm Burkart as my service advisor. I found him to be quite knowledgeable, polite, courteous and quite efficient. He certainly is an asset to Crown. Thank you Crown and Tomm for a great experience, More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY Sunday - communicated on the Web, spoke with Mike, a salesperson, he was going to call me back with details of the vehicle and an out-the-door price Sunday - communicated on the Web, spoke with Mike, a salesperson, he was going to call me back with details of the vehicle and an out-the-door price since I was driving from Miami, Never called me back. I made several calls that day to the the dealership, no response, I even made a bid on the Web so they would know I was serious!!! Called on Monday approximately 10:00am, asked to speak with Manager, who never returned my call. MY BOYFRIEND called shortly thereafter, and guess what!!, we had an appointment with a salesperson for 11:00 on Tuesday which they moved to 12:00pm. We arrived at 11:55; they eventually located our sales person who advised someone else was on a test drive of the vehicle, He had notified them that we had an appointment scheduled for noon and were driving from Miami. Guess what, we test drove the vehicle; When we returned from the test drive, we were told the vehicle had been sold to the person that drove the vehicle before our appointment and was in a cubicle next to where we were siting. Crown's Policy is 1st come gets the car regardless of a scheduled appointment and a 10 hour drive and $80.00 gas bill. YOU BE THE JUDGE!!! HONEST? TRUSTWORTY?? 9 CROWN DEALERS in St. Petersburg/Tampa area!!!!! More
