Excellent service from Clifford Stoufer From arrival, the staff were ready to take my car right away. Clifford Stoufer is "my" service guy. He is easy to talk to, listens + explained well how the check of belts + hoses on my 2004, 100,000 mi Sonata would be done. He also has a good sense of humor. I chose to wait bc the waiting area is very comfortable. He updated me w/o my looking for him. They found 2 hoses that were ready to replace and suggested other things I may want to do. Being on a limited income, he assured me it was fine to wait until Dec. Since it's a safety check, it was free as was the car wash + vacuum, as usual. Cliff is a good representative for Crown Hyundai. I will continue to take my car there for service. More

Not only was Ryan able to match the trade in value, but he got me a much better lease agreement that embedded up saving me hundreds of dollars.
