Done right, eventually. Tony was great the first time, efficient and not pushy. Once I decided I was certainly was going to buy an Hyundai, I came back with the car, pricing and financing in order to get it done quick. It still took over 4 hours to get in and out. They did offer an alternative solution to the car that worked better for me with a very, very good price (which beat trucare pricing) and I left satisfied, but after I asked for another sales rep to handle us, they put us in touch with a manager who did help us, but once we identified the car and the pricing, the rest of the paperwork was handed back to Tony to finish everything. My wife was not happy with this, but we rolled with it to appease everyone. Tony did a decent job, gave me the answers he need for this survey to pay off for him and sent us on our way after going over the car briefly, but adequately for my needs. If my wife had been there alone, being not from America, Tony would have left her confused and lacking knowledge for sure. I am glad I was there. More

My heart was set on a Ford Escape so when we visit I never thought I wanted a Hyundai when looking for a new vehicle to replace my 1998 Ford Mustang. My heart was set on a Ford Escape so when we visited this dealership to talk to a representative of the Vet Buy program I really thought it was a waste of time! I wanted a Ford not a Hyundai. Well thanks to Floyd Martinez our experience was amazing!! He was so friendly right from the start and dispelled the typical car salesman stereotype. He was interested in what we had to say and even though there was not a Ford to be seen on the lot, Floyd showed us what would be comparable at this dealership. A short test drive in a Santa Fe didn't convince me that an Escape was not in the running but a test drive in a Tucson stopped me in my tracks! It was an amazing vehicle from the beautiful body style to the great handling on the road. I have to admit that Floyd was a big part of the reason we bought the 2016 Tucson. He was genuine from start to finish and by the time we signed all of the paperwork we knew we had made a friend for life!! He is an outstanding asset to this dealership!!! More

Excellent sales person, terrible finance person. I have been buying automobiles for over 50 years and this was the worse experience I've ever had. Not with the sales person, Richard was one of the best we've dealt with. Our negative experience was centered on your finance consultant, Danny. He is the worse finance person we've ever dealt with. Danny was obnoxious while presenting the finance options. He seemed to be pulling numbers out of thin air faser than we could follow. I wanted to finance with Grow Financial, due to their lower rates. Maybe that would mean less returns for him and/or Crown. We explicitly told him we did not want to go through Bank of America that meant a lot to him. Danny kept saying, "Here’s what I can do for you". He kept stretching out the payment period and nothing else. Grow had a lower rate, but he said, due to our credit score, we would not qualify for it. When we got home, I ran a credit check and we were qualified. In fact I had been dealing with the manager there and she quoted me a better interest rate on a 2008 VW with 86,000 miles for 60 months. Our credit was fine. When we mentioned our good friend in the used car business, probably longer than he has been around, he insulted her saying she didn't know what she was talking about. All in all, Danny made this the worse car buying experience of my life. That is why we will not be retuning for service or anything else, nor will we recommend Crown to anyone, unless it's to return the Elantra, which is highly unlikely. I sincerely hope that these comments are read by someone empowered to do something about the situation. Thank you. More
