Will never recommend this dealership! Vincent is very condescending. He could care less about helping people and was disrespectful and rude every chance he got. He treated my nearly 65 year old parents like garbage....to the point that we have contacted a lawyer. We understand that the dealership needed to make their money, however, there is a right way and a wrong way to treat people and Vincent acted like he was doing my parents a favor by "allowing" them to purchase a car from his lot. Great Service My salesman was great. It normally takes about 3 hours to complete a car sale; and I told him that I only had half the time; as I came in on a Wednesd My salesman was great. It normally takes about 3 hours to complete a car sale; and I told him that I only had half the time; as I came in on a Wednesday after work. He was able to wrap up everything; and I was home right when I needed to be. My salesman Justin Hoffman works hard to get the the trade-in price that I needed in order to afford my new Hyundai. Great Service Center I have a car that I take to Crown Nissan, another to Crown Acura, and one to Crown Hyundai. I've been treated well at all three. Tim Burkart, Hyun I have a car that I take to Crown Nissan, another to Crown Acura, and one to Crown Hyundai. I've been treated well at all three. Tim Burkart, Hyundai, is an excellent service rep. Thorough, prompt, informative, and professional. He's always been very attentive to my car needs and takes the time to thoroughly explain things. In reference to the service center rep area at Crown Hyundai, what did Crown do? I felt like a hampster at the desk. WTH, No place to sit? No place to sign the papers, I had to scoot in when the door opened! What the xxxx were you thinking? Whoever is responsible for the layout and design of the reps desk area (cage), needs a lesson in office ergonomics. This will become counter productive, you will soon see if you haven't already. Bathroom stalls are BIGGER than each cage. What happens if one more rep joins your team? Will you loose a bathroom stall? More
