My experience yesterday at Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg was literally a delightfully fun experience from start to finish as I worked with them to complete a trade of vehicles. My sales and leasing associate, Jody Lindsey, was knowledgeable and friendly. I came prepared to see specific vehicles, and he showed me all of the ones of interest and managed to locate the one I would eventually purchase/trade. He was patient throughout the process and I never felt pressured in any way. The finance manager, Tim Lavoie, made me feel comfortable and at ease (which is definitely helpful when dealing with the bottom line) by keeping the conversation light, funny, and personable…like a good friend makes you feel.
