Safari was the best. After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 weeks. We went back to the dealership 2 weeks later and same situation but Safari who was with another customer, took our info and we had not only a call back but he found exactly what we had asked for after only 3 days. He stayed late, was very patient when we were considering a different vehicle and answered all our questions. The next morning we made our choice and are extremely pleased. Can't say enough about how great he was. Tim in finance was just a great, very informative and gave good advise. Would recommend this dealership because of the excellent staff , great service and terrific selection. More

Steve Bednar was great to work with. Though I got through him while surfing the net and worked closely for more than two months starting with booking the vehicle which was still in Korea Though I got through him while surfing the net and worked closely for more than two months starting with booking the vehicle which was still in Korea at that time. The most important aspect which sets him apart is his calm and composed demeanor at all times. Right from answering every question in a timely manner to addressing any concerns he was always by my side through out the process. He did not try to influence me or upsell me into anything which again I liked a lot as I typically hate pushy salesman trying to sell you everything on their plate. Overall, I would also give a 5 star rating for the dealership, as their pricing is very transparent and straightforward. They do not include unnecessary packages into the deal which then you have to buy even if you do not want it. Most of the dealers use this trick to drive up the total value and project as if they are doing this for your benefit. If you are in the market for a Hyundai car, do make sure to check out Crown and definitely ask for Steve. I believe you won't be disappointed. More

They intimidate you and pressure you into signing a contract. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to family or friends. I recommend going to another Hyundai dealership as the prices are probably much lower and they treat you like a loyal customer. Sales people use scare tactics to sell you a new car.
