The most important aspect which sets him apart is his calm and composed demeanor at all times. Right from answering every question in a timely manner to addressing any concerns he was always by my side through out the process. He did not try to influence me or upsell me into anything which again I liked a lot as I typically hate pushy salesman trying to sell you everything on their plate. Overall, I would also give a 5 star rating for the dealership, as their pricing is very transparent and straightforward. They do not include unnecessary packages into the deal which then you have to buy even if you do not want it. Most of the dealers use this trick to drive up the total value and project as if they are doing this for your benefit. If you are in the market for a Hyundai car, do make sure to check out Crown and definitely ask for Steve. I believe you won't be disappointed. More
