I had to redo paperwork 3 times because the “computer” kept messing it up (including after I got home). Being at the dealership for over 4 hours with a two year old when the numbers were pre-agreed upon is beyond less than ideal. ZERO Stars: Words are not enough to express how disappointed & dissatisfied I am with the staff at this dealership. This is the first dealership that has ever provided me with the most unsatisfacto disappointed & dissatisfied I am with the staff at this dealership. This is the first dealership that has ever provided me with the most unsatisfactory service. I have just moved to the St. Pete area a few months ago and never had any car issues as my car is only 2 years old. I had my car towed to the nearest dealership (Crown Hyundai) as it wasn’t starting up after attempting to jump it. We figured either something is wrong with the alternator or I needed a new battery. It was a Sunday when it was towed there and we had left avoicemail explaining the situation and hoped for a call back the following day when the service department was open & available. No one would answer our calls for the next few days. At this point we are frustrated because no one was even trying to help and at-least give us an update on my vehicle. I also needed a loaner vehicle which is covered under my warranty and none was never provided to me so that I would be able to go to work. When they finally answer they say they did not have any loaner vehicles to give and that they would need to run diagnostic on my car first to evaluate how long they would need to fix it so that they could then order me a vehicle to have for the time being. Took them 3 days to finally diagnose my car. Therefore, I needed to spend my own money on Ubers to and from work they could have provided me with the loaner that’s covered under my policy from the beginning. Turned out all my car needed was a new battery which would’ve taken them less than 45 minutes to replace the day after it was towed there. But WAIT… It Gets Better…. I arrive to pick up my vehicle on Thursday, open the door to my car and my new custom leather seat covers are gone!! I spoke with the service manager, Greg, in hopes that he would talk to his employees at the shop to find out who stole them and all he did was sit in his chair and stated “I don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. These are just the times that we live in now and they are just going to get worse.” Now, I am just completely and utterly perplexed by the level of inadequacy and incompetence at this dealership. Basically, “times are so tough right now” that even management will cover for the delinquent employees they hired so that they won’t lose one & have to try to hire another. So, if you’re thinking of going to this dealership for service on your vehicle… I would think again, but if you do… expect awful customer service, poor time management, incapable management and stolen valuables. More
