We’re sorry for any confusion or misinformation you may have encountered. We do, in fact, offer valet service as part of the Genesis 3-year program, and we have loaner cars available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the repair needs. Unfortunately, we’ve never offered a weekly quick wash as part of the service package. However, we always hand wash all Genesis vehicles and are happy to provide a full detailing when your vehicle is here for service or maintenance.
