I have a Mazda Miata and have always had a difficult time when bringing in my car to the Mazda dealerships. My Mazda experiences in getting an oil change (or any other service) would consist of first standin when bringing in my car to the Mazda dealerships. My Mazda experiences in getting an oil change (or any other service) would consist of first standing and waiting 15 minutes in a crowded little office space with 2 service advisors that were almost on top of each other and 5 other people waiting to get checked in. Then the service advisor would tell me that they would call me when it was ready but never would. I would call after the time frame that they thought it would be ready and sit on hold for 10 minutes so they could find status for me. They didn't have an email system. It always seemed like a frustrating experience for a simple oil change so you can imagine what it felt like if I tried getting repairs done. I decided this time to try your dealership for an oil change and tire rotate. The service area at your dealership is open and welcoming with an area to sit and wait to be checked in. I didn't have to wait but a minute or two until I sat down with an advisor to get my car checked in. After checking in my car and leaving the dealership I received an email from Michele to my IPhone stating the work order had been added. Later on she emailed me again when it was done and ready to be picked up! I appreciate the great communication and will be emailing Michele for an appointment the next time I need my car serviced! More
I came to Crown Honda before Michele was employed here but after my car did not receive the proper care I expected at another Honda dealer in the area. My husband and I have been dealing with Michele, and only Michele since she started as a service advisor here at Crown. We have even purchased two Hondas here because of the incredible service Michele has given us. We have also recommended Crown to others, but always insist that they request Michele for writing up their service. Every single person has thanked us for telling them about Crown and especially Michele. WE plan to continue our relationship with Crown...especially if Michele Desert is there! More

The service was done on time. My drop off and pick up was perfect. The price was as stated. Michele is always great to deal with. Crown, and in particular Michelle Dessert, has been a great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have alway great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have always had it serviced at Crown. They have made maintaining and keeping our vehicle in top shape an easy task. Our most recent problem involved the failure of our transmission. Michelle was able to work with Honda American to obtain partial warranty coverage of this expensive repair. Had she not gone the extra mile to help make this happen, we might have been faced with replacement of a vehicle we had been hoping to retain for several more years. I think Crown is a great place to have your car repaired. They are honest, tell it to you like it is, let you know your options and help you to make the best decision. More
Without Cliff Bradford, I probably would have found another source of factory authorized service. This is someone who truly does treat you like you would want to be treated. Does his homework on what services have already been done, so as to not double sell. Explains the need for services that both my wife and I understood. Totally recommend Cliff and Crown Honda. I normally make appointments for all service work, but I noticed I was almost due for an oil change and was leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I just showed up. My Service Rep Michele Dessert got me in quickly for a safety check, oil change and wiper inserts replaced. I have been a customer of Crown for almost 20 years, and my 1998 Honda CR-V with 146,000 miles on it runs beautifully thanks to Michele and Mike Larson, the service tech who normally works on my vehicle. This is my 4th Honda, and as I am an old gal I want it to last as long as I do...I always have the recommended service done and trust Michele and Mike to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in tip-top shape.
