This is my first Honda. I am as pleased with the service as I am the vehicle! Maybe it's because Michele Dessert is my Team Manager, I wouldn't be surprised. Always professional, always seems to be lookin as I am the vehicle! Maybe it's because Michele Dessert is my Team Manager, I wouldn't be surprised. Always professional, always seems to be looking out for my best interest. We were out of state once and having car problems. I called Michelle (on a mountain) and described our problem and she called us back and assured us the vehicle was fine. That was worth everything to us! As I've told Michelle, "I trust you with my life, whatever you say I need, I don't doubt you." Having dealt with dealers for over 30 years, I am sold on Honda just from customer/auto service. More

I have owned 4 Hondas cars over the years, purchased from various dealerships. The absolute best service has been through Michele Desssert. Once again Michele has exceeded all of my expectations. Our car was towed to the dealership on Tuesday night. Michele got right on it Wednesday morning even though it was not a scheduled maintenance. She kept me posted every step of the way, let me know when she would leave and return from lunch and basically promised she'd do everything she could to get the car back to me in the same day to save us from having to get a rental. She pulled it off, with the help of the mechanic magicians back there in the shop. She got the driver to come out and pick me up and get me on my way. I was lucky enough to have two drivers - a trainer and a trainee. I wish I could remember the trainee's name but I can't (Alvin?). He is definitely a keeper. The ride was smooth as silk - the best I've ever had from the Crown dealership. Please give my appreciation to him. The trainer was excellent as well. He is a great conversationalist and put me at ease the second I entered the vehicle. Michele had everything ready to go the second I got to the dealership. As I walked out the door Michele asked me to please call her and let her know that everything was fixed to my expectations. As soon as the blast of ice cold air hit my face when I turned the car, I picked up my cell phone and called to happily report in. I should have her on my speed dial! Wild horses could not drag me away from the personable, professional service I get from Michele at Crown Honda. Thanks again! More

I live in Tampa & work in St Pete. I took my car to the Honda dealership by my home & explained sometimes my A/C doesn't turn on. The service agent kept my car for the day & said he couldn't find a proble Honda dealership by my home & explained sometimes my A/C doesn't turn on. The service agent kept my car for the day & said he couldn't find a problem. He told me to monitor it on my own & bring it back to him if necessary. For the next 3 weeks my A/C was working decently until last weekend. It stopped working on Friday night & didn't come back on until Tuesday morning. I decided to take my care to Crown Honda because it was close to work and I am so grateful I did because that's when I met Michele Dessert. She listened to my concerns and told me she would fix my problem. I spoke with her later in the day & she informed me that she couldn't re-create my problem of the A/C not turning on; however, she believed it was the blower motor giving me problems and replaced it. Driving home last night was such a pleasure. The A/C worked as well (if not better) from when I bought the car two years ago. Thank you Michele for listening to what I had to say and for not dismissing me to montitor the problem on my own! Because of you, I will be a loyal customer for years to come!!! From the first time I took my car in to Michele for service, I knew I'd found someone I could trust with every aspect of servicing my car. Michele is attentive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, highly experienced, personable and just a real get it done person. She always manages to work my car in, even with very short notice. She explains in plain english the services I need and why - something incredibly important to a mechanically challenged person! She keeps me in the loop on what is happening with my car (by phone and email) and immediately contacts me if something unexpected comes up. She values my time and at the same time, I never, ever feel rushed, even when others are waiting. She has a way of making you feel like the most important person on the planet at all times, something I'm sure she repeats a hundred times a day. No amount of money could convince me to go to another dealership. Michele takes customer service to a whole new level. How many people actually look forward to taking their car in for service? That's how Michele makes you feel, like you are going to visit a friend who watches your back for you. More

I have a Mazda Miata and have always had a difficult time when bringing in my car to the Mazda dealerships. My Mazda experiences in getting an oil change (or any other service) would consist of first standin when bringing in my car to the Mazda dealerships. My Mazda experiences in getting an oil change (or any other service) would consist of first standing and waiting 15 minutes in a crowded little office space with 2 service advisors that were almost on top of each other and 5 other people waiting to get checked in. Then the service advisor would tell me that they would call me when it was ready but never would. I would call after the time frame that they thought it would be ready and sit on hold for 10 minutes so they could find status for me. They didn't have an email system. It always seemed like a frustrating experience for a simple oil change so you can imagine what it felt like if I tried getting repairs done. I decided this time to try your dealership for an oil change and tire rotate. The service area at your dealership is open and welcoming with an area to sit and wait to be checked in. I didn't have to wait but a minute or two until I sat down with an advisor to get my car checked in. After checking in my car and leaving the dealership I received an email from Michele to my IPhone stating the work order had been added. Later on she emailed me again when it was done and ready to be picked up! I appreciate the great communication and will be emailing Michele for an appointment the next time I need my car serviced!
