It ruined my plate and holder and dropped on to the bumper. I went to Diane Nelsons and they forgave the fee for a new plate. Now how to get it on the car? I called my friend Dave who is also sold me my first unstressed-full experience car in my life. I got his voice mail and told him of my issue. The turn around time was less than 5 minutes, telling me to come right to the dealership and he would replace the license plate frame. How wonderful was that, we got to catch up and got to sit in new cars in the show room, they had to yank me out (only kidding) but it was yes sold to someone else. My wife and I moved to St. Petersburg in late 2011 and it was important to find another place where I could feel confident about having my car serviced. I asked random people who were driving Hondas and their answers were unanimous: Crown Honda. I now know why. After more than two years of having my car serviced by Crown Honda, I feel as though I once again have that "home town" relationship. They are courteous, accommodating, thorough, and honest. If there is a problem discovered while my car is in for routine service, they tell me how serious it is and what my options are. This small courtesy allows us to budget for the needed repairs instead of being pressured into having to charge a large repair bill that we did not expect. I can honestly say that I feel like the folks at Crown Honda are friends and are more interested in building a long-term relationship with me than just making a quick buck. I take care of my vehicles and always get at least 250,000 miles out or them. I have a few thousand miles to go on this one to reach that goal on this car, but when it is time to get a another new Accord, you can bet that I will be getting it from Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, Florida. More

She kept me posted on the progress of my a/c repair - I wasn't left stranded, not knowing when my car might be ready or what the total cost would be. Overall, except for somewhat higher rates than local repair shops, I have had excellent service from Crown Honda and would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family. AND if you are considering purchasing a Honda, don't go to any other dealership but Crown. I purchased my Civic from Crown 8 years ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire transaction. No one tried to hassle or hustle me - I was treated with courtesy and respect - which for a woman purchasing a vehicle on her own - was a welcome relief from some of the unprofessional conduct of the sales staff at other dealerships. More

One day before the appointment, I received a confirmation call. On the day of the appointment, I was welcomed at the drive though, signed in and was directed to my customer service agent, John "Gerald" McLaughlin. He was extremely courteous,knowledgeable, and helpful in determining my car's needs and enable reasonable costs for the service. I proceeded to the waiting area where I was provided a complimentary copy of USA Today and a cup of coffee. Literally before I knew it,Gerald returned to share that the service had been completed. He coordinated my check out and I asserted that I looked forward to seeing him next time around. An excellent all around experience. More

Before when you would arrive at Crown someone would meet you when you pulled up today not one was there after no one came to talk to me I went inside. I was waiting for a service person to get off the to find out who I should talk to when a not so pleasant lady asked me if I had signed in I said no. She said "well you need to sign in" and walked away. I might have been nice if there was a sign that said please sign in on the door, on the , wall or anywhere. I guess I should have turned on my mind reading powers before walking into building. I spoke to the service writer and did the paperwork for the recall work I needed. I was told I should have my car back in about 2 hours. I was also informed that I could get a ride from the courtesy shuttle. I said no because last time the courtesy ride took an hour an hour to drop me off. I completely understand that I was the last person to be dropped off because where I need to go was in the other direction of the other people. I figured why ride in a van for an 30-60 minutes again just have to head back in hour. I could have even called a co-worker to have come pick me up but it was not worth it. At 10 o'clock I saw one of the porters move my car from the service line and drive around the building. I was curious to see what was actually going to be done to my car so I walked around the building to see what was going to be done. I saw the porter park the car in the back parking lot and the car sat there for over an hour and nothing happened. I understand they might be busy and I understand no one can really tell how long a job might actually take but I am pretty sure they knew they were busy and all they had to do was inform me in the beginning that it will take awhile before anyone sees the car. If would have known that it was going to take that long I would have gotten ride to work. When I asked the service writer for my keys he did not even ask why and got someone to pull my car up from the back. More

When you go for service, even if you have an appointment, you'll wait 15 minutes, during which no one will even make eye contact with you. Why take appointments when it's just first come first served anyway? For my service, they couldn't/didn't/wouldn't solve my car's problem, which I can understand. But... They left the lights on, so I had to jump start the car myself when I picked it up. Yes, an employee saw me with my hood up, but she quickly averted her eyes. No offer to help, no apology even for "losing" my phone number (I think he just forgot to call). A week later, the service manager still hasn't returned my call. Flippantly don't care. I'll go to the one in Clearwater from now on for service. Again, the sales people were quick and enthusiastic. More

My wife made an appointment about a month ago to get recall work done. I arrived early and talked with Jason. He explained to me that the part was once stocked, but now was a "controlled part" that has recall work done. I arrived early and talked with Jason. I was flabbergasted that this wouldn't have been done prior to my appointment, but that was no reason to be mad at him. I left and called my wife who told me that the person that set up the appointment actually told her the had to order the part and it would be there. I think that this is a very bad practice to lie to customers. And this isn't the first time it has happened at this dealership. I recently had some recall work done at one of your other facilities, Crown Hyundai, and must say that the service was excellent. So, I know that it isn't the normal practice of Crown. With that said, my wife and I have had nothing but bad dealings with Crown Honda and will never purchase a new car or return to get any service done at this facility, unless it is a recall, since that has to be done through a dealership. More
