Worse Service Ever I made an appt for regular maintenance. I show up early for it as usual and am told it will be 30-45 minutes just to speak to an advisor to drop off s I made an appt for regular maintenance. I show up early for it as usual and am told it will be 30-45 minutes just to speak to an advisor to drop off since they are going by order of arrival. After asking what's the reason for appointments if they were not going to honor them, I was told everyone on their list were appointments. Unfortunately for him, they had the appt book out there and only two of the 7 individuals on the list in front of me had appointments. After being lied to and having the WORST experience of any dealership, I took my car and left. Do not use service since they were not trustworthy in my experience! More

By the way, I never took my car to Crown for service before this visit. I purchased my car previously from another dealer in another city. More

Normal Service call plus program update Had a 10am appointment and was greeted at center quickly but my service writer(Michele Dessert) was backed up so after a 10 minute wait a was taken ca Had a 10am appointment and was greeted at center quickly but my service writer(Michele Dessert) was backed up so after a 10 minute wait a was taken care of another service writer. I advised what I needed done plus added to have my courtesy vanity light checked since it didn't light anymore. He advised me that it would be about a 1 and 1/2 hour wait because of program update. No problem and I waited. Well Michele came and got me from the waiting room just under the wait time I was told and checked me out quickly. When I got in my vehicle I noticed that the vanity mirror light still did not work so I went back into the service area and did not see Michele and spoke to the writer that checked me in. I told him about the mirror and he apologized and forgot but mentioned it would probably have to be ordered which he quickly did in front of me. Michele walked in at that time and inquired if there was a problem and the other service writer told her that it was his mistake in not checking the mirror. Michele Dessert is an excellent service writer who cares about her customers and a great asset to Crown. I love this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. From sales to service they do try harder! More

I visited Crown for my 30,000 mile servicing o n my 2012 Odyssey and rec Crown has been my service center for many years since buying my first Accord. I visited Crown for my 30,000 mile servicing o n my 2012 Odyssey and received excellent treatment. The staff, especially Randy Stiles were friendly and accommodating and the service was completed in a timely manner. The only downside was the car wash was not in service so my vehicle was not cleaned after the service. Not a problem for me at the time. I will continue to use Crown in the future for my service and repairs. More
