Daimara is the best! I have been bringing my 04 Accord to Crown since purchases 11 years ago my local dealer is 15 miles away yet I choose to drive 40 miles for service wi I have been bringing my 04 Accord to Crown since purchases 11 years ago my local dealer is 15 miles away yet I choose to drive 40 miles for service with Diamara. Excellent Customer Service Brooks Falzone provided excellent customer service to me last week, 6/2. I brought my daughter's car in for new tires, balancing and alignment. When Brooks Falzone provided excellent customer service to me last week, 6/2. I brought my daughter's car in for new tires, balancing and alignment. When Brooks discovered that only 3 of the needed tires were in stock, he called the Tampa dealership to have one sent over and immediately arranged for me to be driven home although I live outside the 10-mile "courtesy" van limit. Brooks was off the next day but arranged for a driver to pick me up from my home at the time I specified. Both courtesy drivers were very polite and courteous. Best of all, my daughter's car drove like a new vehicle: All in all, it was a great experience at Crown Honda. More
