Reliable service I always trust Crown Honda service dept for reliable service. I visited recently for a routine oil and filter change. I could not believe the good fortune of receiving the discount card in the mail just before my routine service was due! I stopped in without an appointment, and was still completed and on my way within an hour. I thank William Kolbe for such efficient service. More

It was raining, the place seemed packed but I was greeted promptly and sent over to Dawn Mechem. Dawn was very nice and after going through the usual paperwork, I went to the waiting room with iPad in hand. The wifi hookup made it possible for me to do all my work while waiting for my car. Time flew, Dawn called me over and before I knew it, I was out the door. Love this place and love Dawn. Will look for her next time. More

Wow! Seamless in less than 1 hour The "Wrench" symbol came on so I drove to the Crown Honda dealership where I purchased it...My car needed an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, The "Wrench" symbol came on so I drove to the Crown Honda dealership where I purchased it...My car needed an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, however, I do have the Smart Value Card. Arrived, signed in, walked inside, was given the lay-of-the-land (Free snacks on the counter, Free water in waiting room with TV, etc etc), By the time I grabbed the free snack I was called to the window to sign papers with James McLaughlin Jr. He was very pleasant, and professional. I sat down in waiting room, turned on my computer, and before I knew it someone came to me, and said in a low voice that my car was ready...Thank you for not yelling my name!!! My car got an oil change, tire rotation, Spring Inspection. Upon getting into my car, it did NOT smell like a mechanic had been in my car (I have very sensitive sense of smell and allergies to cigarette smoke) nor did I have to Re-Adjust my seat. Attention to details!! I won't dread the next Service...Thanks Crown Honda! More

Replacement of seat belt buckle They did a wonderful job on my 2003 Honda Civic. I brought the car in for a recall on the airbags on the driver and passenger side. They fixed the car very speedily and also told me about replacement my seat belt for free. On top of that they looked over my vehicle to make sure the rest of the car was is good shape and gave me a written statement of things that needed immediate attention. The man who came over and helped me was Jason Imler he was very polite and did an excellent job helping me. More

I guess the real test is if I am unfortunate enuf to have an accident, is to see if the airbag performs properly. More
