Timely and great customer service I took my car in because some lights were on that I knew were not supposed to be on, such as the air bag light. While standing around waiting to figure out who had my appointment, multiple people asked if I had been helped and the gentleman who you check in with got me a bottle of water. Skip answered all my clueless questions politely, and called to tell me what was going on with my car then called again when it was done. He made sure things got accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend Crown Honda, and Skip to anyone who may not be sure where to turn. They will take good care of you! More

In addition to the usual service, he made sure warranty service was done so that my warranty now Brooks Falzone recently provided excellent service. In addition to the usual service, he made sure warranty service was done so that my warranty now extends for an additional 30,000 mileage. He explained how the warranty works if I am away from home. He also showed me some "secrets" on working the radio. I am a low tech type guy and never knew what the buttons on the steering wheel were for. I will be sure to ask for Brooks in the future. Out of Towner Brooks Falzone was very helpful. While visiting Treasure Island area from Ohio, I needed to locate a local Honda Dealer for an oil change. Crown Hond Brooks Falzone was very helpful.
