My service experience at Crown Honda Daimara was my service representative at Crown Honda where I had my front run-flat tires replaced on October 20 2015. Daimara was excellent! She took the time to explain the problems that my car was having and was patient in answering all of my questions. Because I had to have the car towed to the dealership, she also made accommodations for that as far as timing was concerned. I recommend her highly. More

ALWAYS EXCELLENT service by Michele Dessert Unfortunately, my tires were not bought from Crown Honda, but I have experienced problems with severe vibrations and had returned to Sears multiple Unfortunately, my tires were not bought from Crown Honda, but I have experienced problems with severe vibrations and had returned to Sears multiple times where the 4 new tires were purchased, and to no avail. Finally, I went to Crown Honda and expressed my concerns with Michele Dessert whose knowledge far exceeds that of any other facility I have been to. My Honda was thoroughly examined to determine the tire problems and when I left I felt relief to know the avenue needed. Michele and Crown Honda genuinely care about their customers safety and make every effort to always explain in detail their findings. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am very thankful for my longstanding relationship with the finest Dealership in Pinellas County. More

The paint job was completed in 5 days, and they gave us a free rental to use while the car was being painted. These folks are so nice!! I recommend crown honda for all your car needs.
