Service Recall I received a recall letter and immediately called my Service Advisor Gerlanda Holloman. He said he would order the part and call to setup the appt to I received a recall letter and immediately called my Service Advisor Gerlanda Holloman. He said he would order the part and call to setup the appt to get the recalled part replaced. In less that 2 weeks the service is all completed!! As usual Gerlanda was prompt and professional in getting the work done. More

CRV Airbag recall James was great to work with and was able to make sure that the recall part was in stock for the CRV to be brought in and repaired.
