Unprecedented level of service received, incredible! To our surprise, we found our 2013 Honda Pilot needed some serious help by means of transmission work. We were plagued by countless bad experiences d To our surprise, we found our 2013 Honda Pilot needed some serious help by means of transmission work. We were plagued by countless bad experiences dealing with other car dealerships and service centers in the past but we hoped for coverage under Crown's limited PowerTrain warranty and cautiously drove our car in. We rolled in with little hope, out of factory warranty, no money for major repairs and completely scared of the worst case scenario despite relatively low miles for transmission problems. From the moment we arrived, the service department was professional and jumped into action to get our car looked at. Gerlanda was very calming in a stressful situation. He kept us informed while we waited, gave us hope while scared and took great care of us even when he delivered the news of complete transmission failure. Life was hitting us hard from every angle. This dealership and service center owed us nothing but gave us everything. Gerlanda shared our situation with the service manager Joe DeLuigi and he began advocating for us. I have never been to a service center of any kind that didn't want all of my money and want it now ... Very much like rabies infected creatures, foaming out of the mouth but not here at Crown Honda. Joe DeLuigi, who we are now graciously and forever indebted to, somehow managed to get Honda to foot the bill, the ENTIRE bill ... The $5,300 bill. Completely speechless and in disbelief, I was moved to tears by the most incredible act of kindness I had ever received and from the very last place I'd ever expect to receive it. None of this would have been possible without the help and guidance of Gerlanda either. Thank you wholeheartedly to Gerlanda Holloman and Joseph DeLuigi for doing more than you'll ever know for our family and restoring our faith in car dealerships. The world needs more wonderful people like you :) More

Love coming into a service drive and not feeling like a target to get taken to the bank due to being a female. G takes the time to explain what is needed and helps explain benefits of doing repairs and the consequences of not. :-) More

I am writing today to say that their service department has changed my mind about bringing my car to the dealers for service. I was very pleased with G in the service department. The entire experience was very professional and they kept me informed about everything throughout the process, from initial diagnosis to making repairs to calling me once repairs were complete.
