New customer As a new customer to Crown honda..I really luck out being assigned to Gerlanda Holloma...I went there without an appointment..but he got me in and out As a new customer to Crown honda..I really luck out being assigned to Gerlanda Holloma...I went there without an appointment..but he got me in and out within the hour..i thought I had a maintenance package..but nothing came up in the computer..when i got home. I went ahead and texted Gerlanda a picture of what I thought was my plan...he said yep that a plan...he got right on and got me a credit...he is an asset to Crown honda..don't let him go..he is the best service advisor I ever experience..Judy Albertson..A very happy Honda ownet More
