NOT TRUSTWORTHY DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE! I purchased my car from this dealership and had issues since the day I bought it. My Last encounter with this dealer was serious engine issues due to I purchased my car from this dealership and had issues since the day I bought it. My Last encounter with this dealer was serious engine issues due to the TECH that did my oil change not putting oil back in it.( I was even told by an employee that this Tech has had over 25 comebacks for similar issues) When I brought my vehicle back to the dealership after hearing a loud clicking sound coming from the engine and finding out it had no oil for the last 3000+ miles. The Manager JOE was less then simithetic to say the least. He origanaly put me in a rental while the kept the car over night, so it could be cold started. But the next day once they heard the issue JOE had sent my car to BUICK GMC to have the repairs done. I had to have all the belts and timing chain replaced due to serious stress/damage done to them for not having oil. One JOE sent my car to the other dealer he said my rental car issue was not his anymore and I either had to pay for it out of pocket or not have a car.. I reminded him that this is due to his service tech not putting oil back in and told him that this was told to me by another mechanic. Joe then called me a liar an told me this is my problem not his. I have NEVER dealt with such a nasty UNprofesional man in my LIFE!. Ask any Real Mechanic what would happen to your car if you drove around for over 3000 miles with no oil in it. YES JOE this problem with my engine was cause by your TECHs mistake. Needless to say I paid for an oil change I never got, and Honda didnt take the responsibility for the the repairs needed on my car. DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! More

Great service Daimara is beyond excellent, always friendly and ready to help in any situation. The only down side is the wait time is alot longer then what you'd expect when you have an appointment. Other then that very clean place, free WiFi, and a kids section. More

We own two Honda Accords and both vehicles are serviced at this dealership. Our Service Advisor, James McLaughlin Jr, is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is helpful in pointing out any and all necessary service recommendations for our vehicles. He helps to take the guess work out of our routine services. James takes the time to explain all the forms and services to us in a clear and friendly way. The service center's waiting area is very clean. Appointments are easy to make, either by phone or online. On every visit, James makes sure everything is performed as expected and get us in & out very quickly. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to ask for James McLaughlin, whenever they need any sort of servicing for their vehicles. More
