Oil Change Greeted by Dawn Mechem who was excellent. Only downside to experience was that it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and the time it took for scheduled service took far to long. Not sure if drop in customers took priority. Other dealerships have 30 minutes or less on oil changes, so way can't Crown provide expedited service to those who make appointments ahead of time? Received coupon in email for special prices, but as usual, synthetic oil was higher. Aren't all new vehicles using synthetic now? More

I was extremely happy with the fast courteous service. The car was ready in one hour and the bill was reasonable. Saturday oil change w/o appointment I needed an unexpected oil change while away from home. Could not get an appointment on a Saturday. I called and spoke to Dawn Mechem who told me I needed an unexpected oil change while away from home. Could not get an appointment on a Saturday. I called and spoke to Dawn Mechem who told me to come in around 1.30pm on Saturday. She was helpful and gracious, and offered to do an airbag recall. The service took a bit over an hour.
