Positive experience Marc Fatigati was my service provider. He was very nice and helpful. It also helped that he rooted for the same football team as me (lol)! The recall repair took quite a while longer than expected but the staff was courteous and helped answer my questions about the estimated time for my car to get done. I also was very happy that there was a shuttle service provided so that I was able to go home while I waited for them to finish working on my car. More

Excellant auto Service I purchased my Honda in 2014 and have always brought it to Crown for servicing. They never try to oversell their products or services. My service advisor was James Mclaughlin who wanted to make sure I wouldn't be taking any long trips because 2 of my tires were not in the best shape. He made me aware of the situation but did not try to sell me new tires. I did purchase them there because I trust them and know it would be done right. I know I could get service a little cheaper some where else but they know my car and have always been fair. My regular advisor is Brooks Falzone but James is just as good and caring of the customers. More
