I Love my Honda Element:) Marc Fatigati was very professional. They did forget to reset my oil level counter on my car, but came right out and reset it. He got me in right away and I had to wait a long time for my oil change even though I had an appointment. It was 7:30 in the morning and maybe that is what happens that early. I will inquire the next time as I didn't get out till almost 9:00. I like this dealership though as everyone is very nice. In reference to my purchase, I paid Cash for my car. More

Very Satisfied I arrived at my scheduled time of 9:00 a.m. There were about 6 cars waiting in the service lanes. Only a few minutes went by before Michelle Dessert came out and invited me into her office where she efficiently filled out the paper work for my passenger airbag recall, oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. She also confirmed that I could get a car wash. I planned to wait while the work was being done. Michelle said it could be 2.5 hrs., which was OK with me. It turned out to be less than 2 hours, which pleased me greatly. I was back on the road in my shiny, freshly washed and vacuumed Honda Accord before 11:00 a.m. All in all, a very pleasant experience!
