Michelle was great! I had a major oil leak, so I came to Crown to look into getting it fixed. I worked with Michelle Dessert and she was fabulous. Her & her team were a I had a major oil leak, so I came to Crown to look into getting it fixed. I worked with Michelle Dessert and she was fabulous. Her & her team were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got started on the repair right away. The car stayed at the service center overnight to make sure that the problem had been fixed. Michelle even came into the service center on her day off to make sure that everything was in order. She was great to work with and I would highly recommend her. More

Airbag inflator recall Crown Honda sent me a recall letter regarding my passenger airbag inflator. Letter was detailed enough to cause me some concern. They then followed wi Crown Honda sent me a recall letter regarding my passenger airbag inflator. Letter was detailed enough to cause me some concern. They then followed with with a call. Took car in and was completed within 45 minutes. Thanks to Brooks Falzone for handling this quickly. I was met at the door and treated well without alot of sales/maintenance being pushed at me.
