He took care of business very efficiently, even though it was the end of day, and they were short-staffed that day He was exceptionally accommodating, and made my disastrous day 100% better.. More

Superb experience! I always ask for James McLaughlin when I have my car serviced. He remembers my name, and is always a consummate professional. This time, I only needed I always ask for James McLaughlin when I have my car serviced. He remembers my name, and is always a consummate professional. This time, I only needed an oil change, but he also arranged for a free recall repair to my passenger airbag. He was precise on the time it would take to complete repairs and I was in and out in a couple hours. If you ever go to Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, ask for James. He will take good care of you!
