Service Excellence!!! Every time I bring my car to Michelle Dessert, I know my expectations will be met. I feel like she stays on top of all the work that is in front of her and thus, the techs are held to her standards. I have not had a bad experience with Crown Honda and I give them credit for being so focused on customer satisfaction, unlike their close competitor just up the road a mile. Waiting too long James McLaughlin was excellent with customer service; however, the service department was way behind schedule. I had a scheduled appointment at 11am James McLaughlin was excellent with customer service; however, the service department was way behind schedule. I had a scheduled appointment at 11am for an oil change, tire rotation and filter checks. I left almost 3 hours later. This was not James' fault, but it made my experience less enjoyable. Chairs are not comfortable when you are sitting for that long. I'm not sure what happened, but there needs to be a better way to handle scheduled appointments. More
